Reconnect Success with Meaning.

What do you do when you have achieved everything you set out to accomplish, but inside you feel hollow? Chris Vasami can get you through that. His debut book, Wake Up and Be Great, is the personal development book for high achievers who have mastered the metrics of success but somehow lost touch with its meaning.

If you are a leader, entrepreneur, athlete, or parent running on fumes while everything looks fine on the outside, this book was written for you. After decades of high-performance living as a professional baseball player and then surviving cancer, Vasami developed the 4G Framework: Grind, Grit, Grace, and Gratitude as a sustainable, values-based approach to building
lasting habits and mindset shifts that clear a path back to purpose.

As he says,“It’s about doing what really matters with intention.” Now you can use his 4G Framework to wake up to the life you have been building toward.

    ABOUT THE AUTHOR

    Redefining Strength.

Chris Vasami is a nationally recognized speaker, performance coach, former professional baseball player, three-time cancer fighter, husband, and proud father of two daughters.

Long before Chris was teaching others about resilience, mental fitness, and intentional living, he was learning those lessons through his own life. He played Division I baseball at the University of Notre Dame and Elon University before being drafted by the Colorado Rockies. He went on to spend more than 20 years coaching and helping people pursue high performance.

But Chris’s greatest lessons didn’t come from the baseball field.

After being diagnosed with cancer in his 30s—and fighting the disease three separate times—Chris was forced to redefine strength, success, and what it means to truly live. Through surgeries, treatments, uncertainty, and fatherhood, he discovered that greatness isn’t built in one extraordinary moment. It’s built through the ordinary decisions we make every day.

Today, Chris works with organizations across the country to develop mentally fit and resilient leaders who can achieve high performance both personally and professionally. His work is grounded in the same principles he lives by: Grind, Grit, Grace, and Gratitude.

Chris wrote Wake Up and Be Great not because he has life figured out, but because he believes we are all capable of becoming more intentional about how we live, lead, love, and show up.
